UK MEDIA & EVENTS HAS GOT THE X FACTOR!
This event was Grace Davies’ (X Factor finalist 2017) show, playing to an outdoor crowd of thousands in her hometown of Blackburn, in the week leading up to the televised final. UK Media & Events were approached by Fremantle Media (Thames TV) two days prior to the event date, requiring us to organise and deliver every single element of the event production.
We ensured that we provided the highest possible level of service and production by coordinating and implementing all arrangements for the staging, sound, lighting, LED screen, full crew, live cameras and operators, security, barriers and fencing, crowd and backstage signage, medical and full ground protection (covering all grassed areas within the arena).
UK Media & Events completed the entire build, with production fully set-up and show ready exactly 52 hours from the point of the initial phone call enquiry. We delivered a polished, slick and successful show to over 3,000 attendees and a very happy client.
