UK MEDIA & EVENTS WAS INVITED TO MANAGE THE IAT NATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING
The annual national conference of the institute of asphalt technology (IAT) is a two-day event in which industry experts present and discuss the latest innovations. This year the institute was also celebrating its 50 year anniversary and chose the luxurious 5-star venue, Luton Hoo in Bedfordshire.
UK Media and Events wanted to create a unique, memorable event for delegates as the institute celebrates its 50th year. Therefore assisting in pre-event planning, collating visual presentations, AV production, planning timings of guest speakers and entertainment.
During the dinner, UK Media & Events provided all sound, lighting and AV. The following day during the conference, UK Media & Events supplied conference stage and set, PA system, lighting, AV and engineers.
The result was a successful, unique guest experience that ensured a close collaboration between the Total management team and their key clients.
