Do I need to create an account before I place an order?

Yes. We need your account details to successfully and securely fulfil your order

How quick is your delivery?

In stock items usually 1 – 3 days. For larger items/quantities we will always let you know.

Can I deliver to a different address?

If your order is “In Processing” please email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will attempt to redirect your delivery

Is a signature required on delivery of my order?

At the moment a signature will not be required

Will I receive a tracking link once my order is dispatched?

Yes, via text and email.

I have missed delivery of my parcel. What should I do?

We will always attempt to deliver the following day. Should you have any problems please contact us via [email protected]

Will my order be delivered on a Saturday?

No. We deliver Monday to Friday. If you require your order to be delivered on a Saturday please let us know prior to checkout at [email protected] and we will let you know the additional charge.

I did not receive my delivery. What should I do?

Can I order other quantities than stated on the website?

Yes of course. Please email [email protected] with your requirements and we will quote accordingly. We can offer great discounts on larger quantities

How do I request a quote?

Email [email protected] stating your specific requirements, contact/delivery details and required deadline and we will generate a quote by return

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We have an SSL certificate on our website and use Stripe payment systems to ensure strong customer authentication.

How long does production and delivery take?

In stock items will be delivered usually between 1 – 3 days. Longer lead times will always be stated on the website

My payment failed. How can I fix this?

Please try again. We have various ways to pay including bank transfer. Options are available at checkout

Can I download an invoice from my order?

Yes. You will be sent an invoice via email and your invoices are stored in the “Your UKMAE Account” section of the website and available for download

Are the prices on the website including VAT?

No. All prices are subject to VAT & Delivery and the total price is calculated at checkout

What is a UKMAE account?

To purchase items from UK Media and Events and/or a UKMAE account is required. Your UKMAE account allows you to view recent orders, manage your billing/shipping address and personal information.

I have forgotten my account password

If you have forgotten your account password, please use our ‘lost password‘ facility. A new password will be emailed to you.

I have forgotten my account username

To log in to your UKMAE account, you can use either your original username or the email address you used to originally register.

How do I claim a refund or arrange a return?
